Lesson Plans using the 'Direct Method' are available for each year from Reception (age 4 years) to Year 8 (age 13 years).
Each Book contains comprehensive Lesson Plans for the relevant age group, comprising quotations, silent sitting exercises, stories, songs and group activities.
We recommend attendance at one of our free training courses in order to enhance understanding of the Programme.

A collaboration with the UK's Royal National Institute for the Blind, this comprises songs and text covering all the songs from the age 6-7 years Book of Lesson Plans.

These are A3 size high quality laminated posters in colour. They can either be displayed on classroom walls or used directly within a lesson and are a useful teaching aid.
They look attractive, and contain statements about the importance of of human values expressed through words and pictures.

A video entitled “Sathya Sai Education in Human Values UK” is available. The video introduces the methodology of the Programme and contains interviews with teachers and children. It is approximately 30 minutes in length and is a good introduction for anyone new to the Programme and for parents and teachers. The videos may be viewed online in streaming format on our videos page. Videos
